"Pretty sure the email support was great"
I emailed customer service and, from what I remember, they got back to me quickly. The person who replied was really kind and helpful, which I definitely appreciated

"My rabbit actually likes this food"
Umm, my bunny is picky, but he always goes straight for this Oxbow food. He doesn’t leave any weird bits behind in the bowl either, so I’m guessing it tastes good to him.

"I picked these up for my rabbit..."
I picked these up for my rabbit thinking they’d be a decent treat, but then I actually read the ingredients and yeah, that’s kind of on me for not checking sooner. I’m just not comfortable giving this stuff daily. I wish the ingredients were cleaner and the brand was a lot clearer about what’s actually safe for rabbits...

"My rabbits went absolutely wild for this hay"
I ordered the timothy hay and the second I opened the box, the fresh smell practically hit me in the face in the best way. My rabbits were acting like I had just brought home the greatest feast of their lives—they started munching before I even finished unpacking it. Total win!

"Helped My Bunny’s Tummy 🐰"
My bunny’s tummy seems to be doing better after using this. It did take a little while to notice a difference, but I’m glad we stuck with it 😊

"Worked well, but I’m torn on the price"
I’ve usually stuck with another brand for my rabbit’s stuff, so I wasn’t totally sure about switching, but this really did seem to help him feel better. I’m happy with the results, just a little conflicted because it’s pricier than what I normally buy. I’d probably get it again if he needs it, but I do wish it was a bit more affordable.

"Packaging was in rough shape"
The box showed up crushed, which was disappointing. I don’t think that’s acceptable for something being delivered, even if the item inside was okay...

"Showed up right on time"
I was kind of surprised in a good way — the order showed up exactly when they said it would, and tracking worked the whole time. The box was a little bent when it arrived, which made me go “uh oh” for a second, but everything inside was totally fine.
